The chocolate started melting after the AC broke down

My family and I are chocolatiers.

Making sweet confections has been in our family for a number of generations.

My Grandfatherrents were a single of the first people to open up a candy store in the area. At first, they only sold products prefer candy and chocolate, but now the store has hundreds of weird products in a variety of culinary areas. The two of us carry chocolate-covered popcorn and freshly made lollipops. The two of us also have a line of hard candy that is flavored with floral scents. The hard candy has flavors prefer lavender and redberry or rose and watermelon, believe it or not, these hard candy flavors are some of our best selling treats. A few weeks ago, I was working the day shift by myself. It wasn’t a undoubtedly busy Thursday, but things took a turn for the worse when the AC stopped cooling. I noticed that the indoor un-even temperatures were starting to get warmer, so I adjusted the temperature on the temperature control in the main office. The next thing I remember is a undoubtedly unusual and loud sound coming from the AC unit. Then there was no cool air coming out of the vents at all. After the AC broke down, all of our chocolate confections started to melt. I had to close the shop and put everything into the cooler or both of us were going to risk losing hundreds of dollars in candy and chocolate. After I got the candy into the walk-in cooler, I contacted our mom and dad and told them about the AC problem at the store. My dad called a service service to help.
