I gained a PC call on Friday day from a brand up-to-date client. The commercial customer was calling to set up an appointment for Heating plus Air Conditioning services. I took all of the information from the client including their name, PC number, SMS address, plus physical corporation address. I wanted to send one of the best repair corporations on my crew to handle the up-to-date commercial client, however unfortunately, all of the men were stressed plus I had to handle the repair on my own. I rarely leave the comfort of the office, especially now that I have multiple exceptional corporations that can handle repair services. I still hopped into the repair truck plus entered the address into the GPS. I arrived at my endpoint about 20 minutes later. The endpoint did not seem enjoy it was the correct address. I searched for the telephone number of the corporation plus I called the owner. When I took the information from the customer, I accidentally wrote down the wrong address. I contacted the customer plus got the right address. I was only a couple of miles away from the endpoint, so it did not take long to correct my mistake! Once I arrived at the scene, I did not have any further troubles. The up-to-date commercial customer was severely blissful to receive repair from the owner of the corporation instead of a corporation, so everything worked out well. The repair did not even turn out to be serious. It was more of a repair call than a repair, even though I had the option to check out all of the heating plus cooling components while I was there.
