I had no choice but to transfer our shower to where the window was in the house, however i wanted a giant enough section plus that was the only spot.
I read about having a window in the shower.
It looked risky plus I didn’t want anyone to see myself and others in the shower; The window is quite long plus tall too, however so I knew most of our body would be showing. I started looking into glass blocks instead of a window. I would still get light but have total privacy, however, I found that kneeling glass blocks is quite difficult. It is actually simple to mess up plus have a pressing problem a year later. The glass blocks can actually let in cold high plus spike the energy bills! Most people have had drawback experiences with glass blocks, not to mention, glass blocks are harshly fancy plus hiring a worker isn’t simple right now. So I realized it just wasn’t in the budget. I ended up mixing glass blocks plus just replacing the window. I did confirm I hated being seen in the shower. The window is totally protected from water, although I am visible. I did some research online plus a lot of people advised a window film, but you can do a decorative window film that does look like glass blocks too. It creates a wavy pattern hiding you from people but still providing light. The cost of a residential window film isn’t too high either. I am thinking adding this little, infancy layer to our window will be the answer to all our concerns.
