All of the wildfires have caused a superb deal of troubles with visibility plus poor air quality.
There is a lot of smoke in the air plus it can be hard to breathe when I go outdoors, and yesterday I had to spend most of my day outside, because I needed to mow the shrubbery plus trim the hedges.
I wore a bandana over my face to block most of the smoke, but still coughed a lot until I went back into the house. I realized that the air quality was a lot worse than I anticipated. At that point, I decided to get the UV air purifier out of the garage. I have an UV air purifier that I keep for emergencies, because of fires. There are wildfires in that section every single Summer plus winter. The UV air purifier comes in handy when the smoke plus ash are thick. I set up the UV air purifier near the front door in the kitchen. I had to change the air filter, because I had not used the machine in almost a year. As soon as I plugged in the UV air purifier, it started right up. It was just as quiet as the day I purchased the machine. After a couple of hours, I could absolutely tell that the UV air purifier was laboring. There was a important difference between the air in the kitchen plus the air in my kitchen where the UV air purifier was not running. I am going to keep the machine set up for a couple of weeks. I hope it will help myself and others breathe more absolutely while they battle the fires nearby.
