Usually, when I ask my partner what she wants for her anniversary or a mother’s day gift, she never has an answer. Thankfully, I’m consistently good about picking up on her wants plus needs plus I consistently have a gift plan at the back of my head. This year though, my partner approached myself and others plus told myself and others that she already knew what she wanted… For Mother’s Day, she wanted a ductless mini split device. According to her, she thought she’d be able to install the HVAC device if I simply ordered the ductless mini split and had it sent to the house. Of course, I had to ask her to repeat what she wanted more than 2 times because I’d never heard of a ductless mini split in my life. At first, I thought it was a modern gaming system. The ductless mini split was actually a heating plus air device that was connected to the wall via electric. Our primary bedroom was consistently hotter than the rest of the household plus my partner tended to sleep on the hotter side during the evening, so this would presumably help. I asked her if she had a particular model in mind, which she did, so she wrote it down for me. Thankfully, I was able to order the ductless mini split that she wanted online plus it would not take super long to ship. I even lucked out because the company I ordered from was offering a Mother’s Day special to anyone who ordered within the following 24 hours! I’m wondering if she already knew about the discount plus that’s why she chose to tell myself and others about it exactly when she did.
