It's difficult working for a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer

I was hired for our current job about a year ago, and I do love our job, I have great pay, and a cool boss.

My job is to take calls for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier I labor for.

Usually most of the calls consist of scheduling appointments and patrons asking questions about what kind of heating and cooling method would be best for their house, easy and easy stuff. However, I typically dread the summer time and winter. The middle of the summer time and Winter to be particular, because that is when everyone’s cooling systems and heating systems seem to collectively split down. This causes people to rush and call for appointments in big numbers. This is typically the busiest time for the A/C dealers, and they usually dread it love I do. Anyways, as the available slots for appointments get filled up, people still looking for appointments start getting desperate. When the people I was with and I are completely booked, I then have to relay the news to them that I can’t schedule an appointment for them, however even though it’s not our fault that the people I was with and I are booked, when I start saying no to overheating or cold desperate for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C people, I usually get screamed at. I had 1 guy scream at me for 10 fourths straight, demanding our manager, and then when our manager told the guy the same thing, he screamed for another 5 fourths and hung up. I hate the stress and worry about getting yelled at, and it has made me consider quitting before. But apart from that, our job is great.
