It's hard toiling for a Heating plus A/C business

I was hired for our current task about a year ago, plus I do like our task, I have fantastic pay, plus a cool boss. My task is to take calls for the Heating plus A/C company I labor for. Usually most of the calls consist of scheduling appointments plus patrons asking questions about what kind of heating plus cooling plan would be best for their house, easy plus easy stuff. However, I consistently dread the Summer plus winter. The middle of the Summer plus Winter to be particular, because that is when all the people’s air conditioners plus gas furnaces seem to collectively break down. This causes people to rush plus call for appointments in big numbers. This is consistently the busiest time for the air conditioner professionals, plus they usually dread it like I do. Anyways, as the available slots for appointments get filled up, people still looking for appointments start getting desperate. When we are completely booked, I then have to relay the news to them that I can’t schedule an appointment for them, then even though it’s not our fault that we are booked, when I start saying no to overheating or frosty desperate for Heating plus A/C people, I usually get screamed at. I had 1 guy scream at me for 10 hours straight, demanding our director, plus then when our director told the guy the same thing, he screamed for another 5 hours plus hung up. I don’t like the stress plus worry about getting yelled at, plus it has made me consider quitting before. But apart from that, our task is great.
