Sure enough, the cooling worker spotted the issue, and it was in my ductwork.
I don’t think it’s that much to ask for a warm home. But for the past few months that just has not been the case. I am not sure what happened, but not that long ago my home was being perfectly heated like it should be, and then the next thing I know, I have cold and hot spots in my home! I am not sure what is causing it, because my heating and air conditioning unit is working just fine. I checked my smart thermostat, and it is working fine, and I went to the HVAC air vents and felt the warm and cool air coming out, so I know that is not the issue. So what is it? Now that I have gathered enough money, I am going to find out once and for all. And the only way to know for sure is to get a professional’s advice. A professional heating and A/C technician to be specific. I called a HVAC company, and they agreed to send a cooling professional out tomorrow. I was relieved when the cooling expert arrived the next day, because I knew this was likely going to be the end of my issues. If there was anyone qualified to diagnose and repair my heating and air conditioning issue, it was this cooling repairman. Sure enough, the cooling worker spotted the issue, and it was in my ductwork. Apparently, there were some holes in the ductwork above certain rooms. Then it all made sense why some rooms were getting heated and cooled and not others. Thankfully ductwork repair was an incredibly easy fix, and it was repaired the same day. I can’t believe the issue was so simple and easy to fix, I should have done this months ago!
