My husband, Eliot, is a local heating and cooling systems specialist.
He has been doing this for a long time now. Usually, he loves his work, and the people he works with. Sometimes, they even hang out together when they aren’t working. That doesn’t bother me, because they are all great guys. I think working together in a close HVAC business like the one Eliot works in is like being in a family. The specialists help each other out, and they do a terrific job for all of their customers and clients. Eliot had long been interested in the heating and cooling business. From the time he was a little boy, he said, he knew that he wanted to work as an HVAC professional when he grew up. When he was little, he looked up to one of his uncles who was an HVAC specialist. I think it’s nice that he ended up becoming an HVAC professional because of his adoration for his uncle. Anyway, being married to an HVAC specialist is an interesting thing. Eliot always has a lot of fun stories to tell about being on the job, and the guys he works with. Plus, he makes excellent money. I’m happy that this is the field of job he decided to go into. It’s not too stressful, and his hours aren’t bad most of the time.
