This is a pool house that we’re talking about.
I love the fact that I actually had a pool house built. There was a time not too long ago that I couldn’t even afford to buy the most basic 2 bedroom house in a bad neighborhood. And here I am talking to an HVAC contractor about the sort of heating and cooling method I wanted in the pool house. It’s still just so hard to get my head around. But I’m just so fortunate that my passion and perseverance paid off. I ended up selling a company I started inside the central air conditioning of my apartment for a bundle. And that apartment didn’t have good central air conditioning either by the way. The money is crazy really. My wife and I sacrificed a lot for more than ten years to nurture that business into the hit that it became. But this sort of wealth is just mind blowing. The house has like everything. There’s zoned controlled HVAC in our home. That’s six separate thermostat in the house that can all be set independently. We barely could afford paying our heating and cooling bills back not to long ago. Along with the zone controlled HVAC, there’s a smart thermostat and HVAC equipment with the highest SEER rating possible. And now, I was talking to an HVAC professional about whether I wanted central air conditioning or ductless heat pumps in the pool house. This is a pool house that we’re talking about. I went with the ductless heat pumps because they really impressed me. Plus I liked the fact that they were so efficient. But I guess I’m not going to have to be as strict with heating and cooling costs as I once was.
