We have decided to buy a quality air conditioner.

I don’t know how both of us managed to do this, but for 15 years of our married life, until now, we have ended up in homes without a central cooling system for some reason. We’ve lived in houses with attic fans, ceiling fans, and window unit cooling systems, and while some window systems do an adequate job, they just aren’t the best thing at cooling an entire house. A home with a state of the art central heating and cooling system is what we want. After all, that is something both of us have never had before. We want to move to another town, but that’s not even the main reason to move, in our opinion. Making sure the HVAC system is better than we’ve ever had matters. If we don’t do that, then, we wonder, what’s the point in moving? I’m not even going to look at any houses without central air, I told my wife, already installed because I am just not interested in having to buy one. I have lived in houses without air conditioning for way too long. I’m just not willing to do it again. This new house is going to be the one that both of us stay in for the next forty years!
