Commercial boiler repairs are not my specialty, so I was less than excited when the church pastor called me for help. As soon as he mentioned the commercial boiler, I got quiet. I told the guy that I was not too familiar with the boiler system set up in the church, but I would be happy to come down to the building to look at everything. When I saw the commercial boiler, I knew the job was far too advanced for me to handle. Luckily I have a buddy that works in the same business and he works on boilers as a specialty service. I called him up and asked a couple questions. I honestly thought that I could handle the work on my own, but I asked my friend to come to the church to give me a hand with the repair. He was happy to help and did not charge anything for the service. I did not charge the church pastor anything as well. My friend and I managed to repair the commercial boiler without too much effort and the heat and hot water were back to normal in a couple of hours. The church pastor thanked me personally and he also thanked me on Sunday during his live sermon to everyone in the parish. He personally thanked me and told everyone that my business provided excellent customer service and competitive prices. There is no better advertisement than one coming from the church itself. Business has been steadily increasing each week with new customers, since I provided that service to the pastor.
