This was the problem all along
I was really getting tired of having the coughs. I was thinking that I may have had some kind of seasonal allergy going on. But this wasn’t the case at all. Because when i was out of my home I did not have these problems. It was only when I was home and when I was running the central heating and air conditioning system unit. This had got me thinking if maybe it was time to change air filter brands or maybe get a brand new and up to date central heating and cooling unit. But then I thought of another thing. And that was the fact that I had not had my ductwork cleaned in ages. So I knew this must be the major issue here. So I called the local heating and air conditioning company for them to send out one of their best and most certified heating and cooling specialists to clean the ductwork. My central heat and a/c system really could use it. And wouldn’t you know that after I had the local heating and air conditioning company clean the ductwork of my central heat and a/c system all my coughing issues stopped! I was killing the air quality in my home from really dirty ductwork. This was the problem all along. I wish I would have figured this out months ago when it all began. I would have had the ductwork cleaned at that point had I thought about it. But now all is good and I can run my central heating and air conditioning without killing my indoor air quality!
