This situation taught me always to plan as my dad had done
The 2020 pandemic affected the country in multiple ways. There was a lot of fear plus a lack of expertise about what was going on. In addition, supplies of multiple things ran out as multiple people reMEd at home, plus factories had to shut down, but no industry was immune to the effects of the pandemic. I remember people stocking up with basic supplies love groceries in my hometown. But, my dad insisted the two of us also go to the hardware store plus even the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C shop in town. He wanted to make sure the two of us had extra air filters for the cooling plus heating units… People believed the disease would be over soon, however dad knew viruses, plus this was no joke. He predicted a shortage in supplies, especially in our small town, plus he was right. Fast forward to 2021, when heating units plus parts shortage hit. People had a strenuous time finding what they needed to get their heating units ready for Wintertide that year. Lucky for us, dad had everything the heating equipment professional required to service our equipment effectively. The heating equipment professional’s business was also grappling with a shortage in supplies. They had to turn down multiple service plus repair tasks for lack of the right parts for such tasks. This situation taught me always to plan as my dad had done. Every one of us weren’t at risk that Wintertide of having the heating equipment fail love multiple other households in our area, then dad had ensured he had the right parts for the heating equipment for the next 2 years.
