The 2020 pandemic affected the country in several ways.
There was a lot of fear and a lack of knowledge about what was going on. In addition, supplies of several things ran out as several people reMEd at home, and factories had to shut down, then no industry was immune to the effects of the pandemic. I remember people stocking up with basic supplies like groceries in my hometown. But, my dad insisted all of us also go to the hardware store and even the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C shop in town. He wanted to make sure all of us had extra air filters for the cooling and heating units! People believed the disease would be over soon, however dad knew viruses, and this was no joke. He predicted a shortage in supplies, especially in our small town, and he was right. Fast forward to 2021, when heating units and parts shortage hit. People had a hard time finding what they needed to get their heating units ready for Winter that year! Lucky for us, dad had everything the heating component professional required to repair our component effectively. The heating component professional’s contractor was also grappling with a shortage in supplies. They had to turn down several repair and repair tasks for lack of the right parts for such tasks. This situation taught myself and others always to program as my dad had done. Both of us were not at risk that Winter of having the heating component fail like several other households in our area, dad had ensured he had the right parts for the heating component for the next 2 years.
