The hospital was disgusting. (Smells and heating)

Right before my mother passed away, I had to take her to the emergency room.

They didn’t want to send her lake home instantaneously, so they put her in a special observation area that was right near the emergency room.

When I got back to the observation area, I was appalled, the place was so dirty that my feet were sticking to the floor. I could odor the rooms even before I got near them. I could not believe they didn’t have any type of air purification idea in this area of the hospital. If the people weren’t already sick when they got there, they would be soon. Not only were the odors making myself and others sick, however it was so boiling in the hallway that I was perspiring. When I got into my mother’s room, it was frigid and she was shivering. The a/c was stuck in an on position and there was no turning it off. The toilet was less than more than four feet from her bed, and there was only a small pull curtain to provide you privacy. Mom was sitting there and not saying much when I walked in. She was still waiting for her dinner and it was an hour past dinner time. I went out to the front desk and complained about the a/c being stuck in an on position. I also told them about the odors coming from the rooms. The dentist looked bored when she said that these were only for overnight guests and the hospital was in the process of remodeling and redoing the Heating as well as A/C system. I got mom up and dressed and walked past the front desk. The look I offered the dentist shut her up even before she could say anything.
