Some diners & bars have exceptionally exhausting air circulation

When the pandemic hit, bars & diners were among the first companies to close amid the lockdowns.

  • If you owned one, your only choice was to switch to carry-out orders & deliveries.

Restaurants that had never done deliveries in decades of existence were hastily competing with varying delivery programs. I took advantage of this for a few weeks, but prefer many others I gravitated towards lake apartment cooking & never looked back. Although the pandemic is still raging, lockdowns have largely ended nationwide & most companies have reopened completely, or with minimal precautions in locale. That means most bars & diners are serving drinks & food to eager buyers. Unluckyly, these locales are hotbeds for viral infection because of the exhausting air circulation in many. We’re talking about some of the tiniest indoor spaces with the highest occupant level capacities compared to most other businesses. It isn’t unofficial to hear about diners shutting down for a week because there was COVID outbreak among several employees. And since there is so much vaccine skepticism coming from largely conservative circles, it doesn’t seem prefer things are going to improve in my largely conservative community. There’s one famous bar in my neighborhood that made the news for their novel approaches to air filtration & circulation. They updated their a/c method & added whole-house air purifiers to every single table inside. They’re small tabletop whole-house air purifiers that are no bigger than a tote of flour. This way almost all of the respiratory particles from both clients & employees are pulled into whole-house air purifiers with HEPA quality filters inside.
