Shortly after our baby was born, our mama started to go through menopause, then at 1 point, I found it a bit amusing to watch her, but she would be resting in a crowded room talking to the family, plus all of a abrupt she would rush into her bedroom; Last year Dad plus I sat at the family room table having a cup of coffee, she headed to her bedroom.

She told me that she had menopause plus she was getting she flashes the only thing that helped with the heat flashes was when she went into the bedroom, plus turned the control equipment down to 60. The cool air was enough to make her know comfortable plus thankfully, the heat flash only lasted for a couple of hours. She was afraid that if she turned the control equipment down in the main room where I had our baby, there would be too much cool air for the baby. I looked at mama plus I made a face. I reminded her how she told me pregnancy was going to be the best time of our life, but it wasn’t. I wanted to know if when I went through menopause was I going to know the same thing? She told me her mother went through menopause plus she had never had heat flashes. Considering how much I hated the heat when I was pregnant, I was pretty sure I was going to be destroying our control equipment when it came our time to go through menopause.
