I decided to take my dog on a camping Adventure.
I didn’t have anything I needed for a camping trip other than things for the dog.
I had a short leash and a Long Leash for her and a water bowl and stuff like that. As far as camping goes though I had nothing for myself. I didn’t have a tent or sleeping bag or anything. So I headed off to the sporting goods store and told the guy that I was going on a little camping trip and I needed a tent and whatever else he thought I should get. He told me all I really needed was a tent and a sleeping bag but more than that he highly recommended that I get a portable heater. I was kind of against getting a heater as the whole point of the trip was sort of to rough it. Also, I had no idea how I would plug it in. He laughed when I said that and told me that there are camping heaters available nowadays that either use solar energy or are battery-powered. He told me that he could not recommend enough really going ahead and paying the money for a portable heater. My decision had nothing to do with money really. After all, the stuff wasn’t all that expensive. I will admit though that the camping heating unit was more expensive than the tent! I was surprised by that, but what do I know? Anyway, I ended up taking his advice and getting myself a little camp stove and a little Camp heater to stay warm. It was kind of funny because as soon as I turned the heater on, the dog decided to come inside the tent. She’s no dope.
