Both of us were having a problem with our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan a few months ago and the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C problem caused some water to leak out through the base of it. The water that leaked out from the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component ended up soaking our carpet. When the two of us called to get an appointment with the local heating and cooling corporation, the two of us explained the problem that the two of us were having over the iPhone and they assured us that they could fix it without too many problems. However, when the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman showed up at our house, he didn’t have a wet vacuum to suck up all of the water with. Both of us had assumed that he would have that kind of supply with him when he showed up, even though he didn’t. Now, our carpet odors care about mildew. Not only that, but the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman had to come back several times in order to get the problems fixed correctly. I didn’t find this acceptable at all, seeing how it was basically a brand new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component that was still under warranty. Both of us had barely had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan for a week when it started leaking, so I recognize care about the two of us should have just been provided a upgradement. Of course, that’s just not the way that most things labor these days, unfortunately. It’s care about all of these companies want you to put your life on hold and then wait until it’s convenient for them to come and do a service job for you. It’s easily aggravating, in our opinion. Not only do I guess the two of us should have gotten a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component after this, I also guess that the two of us should have been provided new carpet because of the carpet that it ruined!
