The new home across the street was vacant for almost a year, before someone moved in.
There was a lot of commotion a few weeks ago and it was clear that a realtor was showing the property, and I saw a lot of couples come in and out the doors, but the owner is a single guy that seems to work for a local heating business.
I have been trying to meet the new neighbor for a week. The guy moved to the property last Wednesday and Tuesday. He had a U-Haul full of furniture and I saw him move a couch, loveseat, kitchen table, and a bed. I did not see a wife, children, or a roommate, so I know the guy is single. I did notice the Heating and Air Conditioning repair truck parked in the driveway all week and I could really use some help with my heater. I’ve been trying to meet the guy so I can ask him to have a look at the heater. I hope he will give me a hand so I can save all of the money that I would spend on a maintenance call. Isn’’t that why we have neighbors? A neighbor of mine works for a plumbing company and he lives a few streets down. He always comes to the rescue when I have problems with the kitchen and bathroom drain lines. I guess there are some tree limbs growing in the section under my place. It will be nice to make friends with a plumber and an Heating and Air Conditioning mechanic. If an electrician moves to the neighborhood, I will not ever need to pay for a professional.
