I belong to a fitness center in my local town.
It is here that I go to work out every Tues and Weds afternoon of the week after I get home from work.
Well, last Tues when I went my entire work out for the day went wrong! And it wasn’t anything I did or that the fitness center did. It was totally unavoidable. Their central heating and air conditioning system went out! It was horrible! It was already a very hot day out. And when you enter the fitness center their central air conditioning makes the place really nice to the point where you would not even know it is a heatwave outside. But when the air conditioning goes down, boy oh boy do you know and feel it! The fitness center had to close early that day because of the air conditioning system breaking down. And the size of the building is huge. So therefore it is not your standard heating and air conditioning system that they have to have fixed, it is a commercial heating and air conditioning system! They did call for emergency heat and a/c service from the HVAC company that they deal with. But, the only problem was that they did not have the staff on hand to handle an emergency heat and a/c call that day. So they had no choice but to schedule a regular heating and cooling repair call for the next day and then close the fitness center making everyone have to go home. It was a real bummer for me and others.
