I thoroughly care about living in campus housing! When there’s something wrong I call the repair people to fix the problem, i’m blissful that I have this kind of service because I spend my money so much money for on campus housing.
I don’t have to spend my money for repairs, however my friend’s who live in a home have to contact their proprietor, who isn’t on top of things.
And if they split something plus it was caused by them then they have to spend my money for the repair. I remember when my roommates plus I moved in to our room, my buddy and I saw that the molding on our island was coming off, the repair people came right over plus glued the molding back on the island in the kitchen, then last year since our heat has been on full blast, because it has been so chilly I have been turning the temperature control up plus down to accomadate to our temperature needs. I went to go lower the heat before I left the room plus I realized that my temperature control wasn’t even on. I called the repair people plus told them my issue. They came up to my room plus put in a new temperature control. They told me that it wasn’t the batteries, my temperature control just stopped working. The repair people did a good task. They kind of reminded me of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman that would come to my home when I used to live at home, then however my repair was free of charge, I didn’t even have to spend my money a service fee.
