The thing is, they have been living in their same condo for about 30 years now plus it’s going to be certainly difficult to get everything moved out of there! That’s a whole lifetime of memories that the two of us have to catalog plus figure out what to do with. They are going to be downsizing, hopefully. My Mom enjoys to joke that if they had all of the money that they have blown on their electric furnace plus seasoned central a/c plan over the years, they would honestly have enough money to transport into a new condo plus pay the whole thing off at once! Of course, that’s honestly not true, but it does make our Mom mad that they have been paying so much for their heating plus cooling bills for so long. He says that they honestly should have installed a high efficiency heating plus cooling plan years ago, but they just didn’t guess about it back then when they were in the middle of raising kids plus all of the silly teenage years.
