The house across the street was vacant for almost a year, before someone moved in.
There was a lot of commotion a few months ago and it was clear that a realtor was showing the property.
I saw a lot of couples come in and out the doors, but the owner is a single guy that seems to work for a local heating company. I have been trying to meet the new neighbor for a week. The guy moved to the property last Saturday and Sunday. He had a U-Haul full of furniture and I saw him move a couch, loveseat, dining room table, and a bed. I didn’t see a girlfriend, children, or a roommate, so I assume the guy is perfectly single. I did notice the HVAC repair truck parked in the driveway all week and I could really use some help with my heater. ‘ve been trying to meet the guy so I can ask him to have a look at the heater. I hope he will give me a hand so I can save all of the fees that I would spend on a service call. Isn;’t that why we have neighbors? A friend of mine works for a plumbing company and he lives two streets down. He always comes to the rescue when I have problems with the kitchen and bathroom drain lines. I think there are some tree limbs growing in the area under my place. It will be nice to make friends with a plumber and an HVAC mechanic. If an electrician moves to the neighborhood, I won’t ever need to pay for a professional.
