The house across the street was vacant for almost a year, before someone moved in, there was a lot of commotion a few weeks ago and it was clear that a realtor was showing the property.
I saw a lot of couples come in and out the doors, but the owner is a single woman that seems to work for a local heating business.
I have been trying to meet the new neighbor for a week. The girl moved to the property last Saturday and Sunday, and she had a U-Haul full of furniture and I saw her move a couch, loveseat, family room table, and a bed. I didn’t see a husband, children, or a roommate, so I believe the woman is single. I did notice the HVAC repair truck parked in the driveway all month and I could honestly use some help with my heater. I’ve been trying to meet the woman l so I can ask her to have a look at the heater. I hope she will give me a hand so I can save all of the fees that I would spend on a repair call. Isn’’t that why we have neighbors? A friend of mine works for a plumbing contractor and she lives many streets down. She always comes to the rescue when I have problems with the bathroom and kitchen drain lines. I guess there are some tree limbs growing in the area under my place. It will be nice to make friends with a plumber and an HVAC technician. If an electrician moves to the neighborhood, I will not ever need to pay for a professional.
