The home across the street was vacant for almost a year, before someone moved in, and there was a lot of commotion a few months ago and it was clear that a realtor was showing the property, and I saw a lot of couples come in and out the doors, but the owner is a single guy that seems to work for a local heating business.
I have been trying to meet the new neighbor for a week. The guy moved to the property last Wednesday and Thursday. He had a U-Haul full of furniture and I saw him move a couch, loveseat, table, and a bed. I did not see a girlfriend, children, or a roommate, so I know the guy is completely single. I did notice the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair truck parked in the driveway all month and I could really use some help with my heater. I’ve been trying to meet the guy so I can ask him to have a look at the heater. I hope he will give me a hand so I can save all of the fees that I would spend on a service call. Isn’t that why we have neighbors? A neighbor of mine works for a plumbing corporation and he lives two streets down. He constantly comes to the rescue when I have troubles with the kitchen and bathroom drain lines. I guess there are some tree limbs growing in the area under my home. It will be nice to make friends with a plumber and a HVAC specialist. If an electrician moves to the neighborhood, I will not ever need to pay for a professional.
