I honestly don’t know how much more I can take working for this HVAC company.
I thought that I would love to work for this HVAC company, but I hate working for this HVAC company.
I don’t even know if I like being an HVAC technician anymore. I used to look forward to becoming an HVAC technician. While I was in trade school, I loved working on HVAC units and learning about my job. However, things changed when I started working for this HVAC company. Honestly, the environment in this HVAC company is pretty toxic. First of all, the owner of the HVAC company is definitely a jerk. I don’t like the owner of the HVAC company. However, I don’t see the owner of the HVAC company very often, so it isn’t something that I really have to worry about. Sadly, HVAC technicians aren’t much better. Most of the HVAC technicians pick on each other, but they pick on me all of the time. At first, I thought that the HVAC technicians were just trying to be funny, but I have realized that the HVAC technicians are just mean. I hoped that I would be able to get along with the HVAC technicians, but the verbal abuse is too much. I think that I am going to have to quit my job as an HVAC technician for this company. I hope that I find an HVAC company that is better, or I might stop being an HVAC technician altogether. I thought that working for an HVAC company would be so much better than it turned out to be.
