I am really glad that the owner of the HVAC company decided to hire my friend to work for the HVAC company.

My friend just got out of prison a few months ago, and he has been struggling to find a job. He was in prison for drugs and for theft, and nobody wanted to hire him because of that. However, I knew that my friend wanted to turn over a new leaf, and I decided to help him out by trying to get him a job with the HVAC company that I worked for. It took a long time to convince the owner of the HVAC company that my friend was worth hiring. We have had a lot of trouble in the past with people with criminal backgrounds, and the owner of the HVAC company didn’t want to risk anything else happening. Thankfully, he showed mercy. We had to agree to a few things. First, the guy would only work on HVAC units in houses that were being built where nothing could be stolen. Also, if something was stolen, the guy would be fired, and I would be financially responsible for anything that was stolen. I agreed, and my friend began working for the HVAC company. His life is completely changed, and he is now a full-fledged HVAC technician. This wouldn’t have happened if the owner of the HVAC company wouldn’t have given him a chance. I know that I took a risk with my friend, but I am glad that it paid off.
