HVAC specialists are trained to locate air leaks within clients homes

If you need professional work done at your house, you need to work with professionals.

I l received this truth the difficult way when I hired a random person from my neighborhood to build a wooden fence for my property.

The guy was going door to door & offered his services as a carpenter. His brochure mentioned fence building & I hastily remembered that I was saving currency at the time to spend money an extravagant supplier to do it for me. I should have known better, but I decided to provide the guy a chance. The fence was crooked & the posts weren’t recessed enough into the ground. Since I filmed him from my back porch the entire time, I had proof of his incompetent work. When he tried to collect his currency at the end, I told him I was going to sue him for fraud if he didn’t leave instantly. In the end, I hired professionals to finish the work & get a new fence built. Right now I need help finding air leaks in my apartment to improve my a/c performance. The last thing I’m going to do is hire another amateur for the task. Not to mention finding air pressure inconsistencies isn’t exactly DIY work, it’s a trained skill that few beyond certified HVAC specialists definitely possess. Fortunately, the HVAC supplier that I usually hire for repair & maintenance quoted me a great price for the task. They found air leaks in my HVAC duct & had the component to seal them for good. Now my apartment has much better a/c & heating efficiency.
