When the pandemic hit, bars and restaurants were among the first companys to close amid the lockdowns. If you owned a single, your only option was to switch to carry-out orders and deliveries. I took advantage of this for a few weeks, however like many others I gravitated towards new home cooking and never looked back. Although the pandemic is still raging, lockdowns have largely ended nationwide and most companys have reopened completely, or with minimal precautions in location. That means most bars and restaurants are serving drinks and food to eager clients. Unluckyly, these locations are hotbeds for viral infection because of the exhausting air circulation in many. We’re talking about some of the tiniest indoor spaces with the highest renter level capacities compared to most other businesses. It isn’t unusual to hear about restaurants shutting down for a month because there was COVID outsplit among many employees. And since there is so much vaccine skepticism coming from largely conservative circles, it doesn’t seem like things are going to improve in our largely conservative community. This way almost all of the respiratory particles from both clients and employees are pulled into air cleaners with HEPA quality filters inside.
