It had been a few months since I joined the contractor when we got a new CEO.

The contractor had an interesting culture and though it was a startup, it was doing really well. It had been growing at such a steady pace and now it had almost a hundred and fifty employees. I had started as a senior cooling specialist heading a team of heating and A/C dealers within the heating and A/C business! Actually, in my fifth month at the dealer, I got to head the annual quality A/C service in record time and with high efficiency. I later l acquired that each year, the team’s head the tune-up and competes on who has the record time with the most efficient and perfect work. The electric heat pump at the office did not require any repair for the rest of the year. It efficiently helped with indoor comfort without needing any other cooling specialists, and when the new CEO joined, I took her through all the contractor processes that made us the best local service provider in the area. We had acquired the new cooling equipment we had commissioned. This new equipment had the latest cooling technology integrated. I must say, as I took the CEO through all the processes and contractor culture, I felt proud actually working in such a cooling dealer, but so far we had the highest number of heating and A/C installations in the state! Our new temperature control devices had become quickly popular among the residents and the other property owners. After the training session, we headed out for dinner where the two of us got to know each other more. She told me the story of her rise from grass to grace, and now heading the most successful cooling corporations in the state. We had a great time.
