Running a very successful cooling corporation

It had been a few months since I joined the company when we got a new CEO! I felt as new as he was, and the company had an interesting culture and though it was a startup, it was doing very well.

It had been growing at such a steady pace and now it had almost a hundred plus fifty employees.

I had started as a senior cooling specialist heading a team of A/C business within the A/C business, but actually, in my second month at the dealer, I got to head the annual quality AC service in record time plus with high efficiency. The electric heat pump at the office did not require any maintenance for the rest of the year. It efficiently helped with indoor comfort without needing any other cooling business, and when the new CEO joined, I took him through all the company processes that made us the best local service provider in the area. We had gained the new cooling device we had commissioned. This new device had the latest cooling technology integrated. I must say, as I took the CEO through all the processes plus company culture, I felt proud now working in such a cooling dealer, but so far we had the highest number of A/C installations in the state. Our new climate control devices had become abruptly popular among the residents plus the other property owners. After the training session, we headed out for brunch where we got to know each other more. He told me the story of her rise from grass to grace, and now heading the most successful cooling corporations in the state. We had a lovely time.
