I just returned from a walk by the sea and wow it is frigid out there.
The wind is blowing and it’s about 25 F outside so it feels closer to 15 F with the windchill.
I don’t know how some of these people without homes survive this type of weather at night when they are sleeping. How can you stand to sleep on the frigid hard street when it’s almost frigid? They must just numb out with cocaine or something, it’s a pretty worried existence. I would love to offer them a venue to stay in however I’m afraid they would never leave. I see a fireplace where they could boil, however it’s reality too tepid if they stand too close to it. A nice oil heating system keeps myself and the rest boiling at night in my flat and I am really grateful for it. I wonder what happens to a good woman that puts them on the streets for the rest of their lives? I couldn’t imagine walking on non radiant floors at night. I had a gas heating system in my outdated beach house that was really just so efficient in heating up the whole beach house suddenly. I even had a rough time remaining in my outdated flat because it didn’t have all of the luxuries this venue has. It had an extremely outdated electric heating system however it wasn’t working half of the time and when the both of us had the HVAC specialist come out she told us that it wasn’t worth fixing. It’s so nice to just push a button on your temperature control and boiling heat circulates throughout the house.
