I’ve been working at the same Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company for the past couple of years and I really adore my job there! I’m also the only female Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist at the company. I think that being the only lady at the company gives me a unique type of edge. It’s almost adore they cater to me, to a certain extent; My boss always lets me choose my own schedule plus whenever I need to go do a heating or cooling repair at a residential job site, they always send a totally different Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist with me. It makes me laugh, due to the fact that I think that I could handle myself just nice with any of my oil furnaces or A/C repair customers. I trust my customers completely, therefore I never feel all that unsafe at any of the lake house calls I have to make to do Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairs or replacements, but my boss seems to think the need to protect me at all costs. I have to say that I really adore the way they all seem to want to take care of me. Along with that, they also tend to help me out when there’s any heavy lifting to be done. I think that I easily have job security at this Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company, due to the fact that my boss has told me that he will never hire another female Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist for his company. I hope that means that he could never find a different lady who could do the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist job plus me plus not that I’m such an exhausting employee that he wouldn’t want another one of us!
