This upcoming fall, I’ve decided to have our dad transfer in with us, however he’s been having a few health problems and I just don’t know comfortable leaving him at home for much longer.
He’s already told myself and others that he doesn’t want to live in an assisted living house or any place similar to that, and so I’ve been thinking about letting him transfer in here with myself and others for a while now.
I already got up-to-date carpet and painting done in the in-law suite downstairs and now I really need to decide what sort of Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C improvements the people I was with and I need to make before he moves in, but my dad usually stays cold all the time, and so I absolutely don’t need to make any air conditioner improvements to the space. I currently have a window device air conditioner in there to help with cooling down the area. It’s a bit more square footage than our central air conditioner method is made for, so I worked so hard just to supply it a little boost with the window unit; Now, I’m just concerned about the heating method in the Winter season. I’m entirely thinking that it might be a nice choice to put a ductless window chop cooling system device in there for my father! The one that I looked at also has a remote control to adjust the temperature control, and I think that our dad will prefer that. He has constantly loved all kinds of cool and unique gadgets and gizmos, and I believe that being able to adjust the heating and cooling from the comfort of his favorite chair by the TV.
