Whenever I was cleaning out the basement the other day, I ended up hurting myself.
- I dropped our little space heater on my foot and I think I almost broke it! I almost broke my foot, not the space heater.
I am always doing clumsy things like this, and so it really did not even surprise me. To tell you the truth, my whole family makes fun of me because I am constantly hurting myself with random things and in the weirdest of ways. I don’t know if someone out there put a curse on me or what, but weird things always happen to me and I seem to spend a whole lot of time at the ER lately. Anyway, on this particular day, I was trying to carry up a bunch of stuff out of the basement. I was bringing up the fall stuff to put out in the front yard and then I was going to bring up the space heater and the firepit that we use out back. I got all of the fall stuff upstairs okay, but then I decided to move the space heater and that’s when everything went wrong. I somehow tripped over the cord on the space heater and then I fell over it. I landed sideways against the stairs and bonked my head against the wall. I also scratched my face against the carpet so now I have carpet burn on my chin! I look like an idiot and worst of all, I think I broke the space heater. Now I’m going to have to go to the HVAC company and purchase a new one.
