We moved to a lovely beach house in this coastal city.
We were house hunting one day and happened to find a site with houses in the area.
Even though we lived thousands of miles away, for some reason, we felt like this was the place we were meant to live. So, we packed a bag, traveled there, and spent time exploring. As a new couple, we have specific places we like to live. This seaside town is the best place ever and is only recently opening up. Thanks to a new resort in the area, people are starting to discover it. Thankfully, we bought our house before prices went any higher. We had to do some renovations to the house and also work on the HVAC system. This is an area known for its immense heat, especially during summer. So, having a functioning HVAC system is a top priority for residents. We had to find an HVAC company in the area to hire to inspect the house before we put in an offer. The HVAC company we got had excellent reviews online, and even the realtor who was showing us the house recommended them. They sent over an HVAC worker who inspected the unit and ascertained it was fit for this area. The only issue was it hadn’t been serviced in some time, so we had to take care of that after moving in. After the HVAC worker took care of the tune-up, the next thing to do was head to the HVAC store to buy new air filters. The whole drive there was full of scenic views of the waters and lovely homes.
