Last month, my wife and I moved into an apartment that we thought was the perfect home for us. It was affordable, in a great location, and a very modern design. Despite all of these positive signs however, we have not been enjoying our time in our new apartment. It seemed like from the moment we moved into the home all of the problems that we were having only got worse. The first thing that was giving us problems was the noisy HVAC unit. No matter what we would do the damn thing was extremely loud and simited our sleep at night. Eventually we decided that the best thing to do was bring in an HVAC professional, my cousin who has been working as a certified repair tech for years. After doing a very long inspection, he was able to find out that the problem was with the motor. After a simple repair and not using the HVAC unit for 24 hours, the unit was back to working as good as new. If we hadn’t known the man that was fixing the HVAC unit I think we would have had to spend at least a thousand dollars to have it all fixed, but thanks to the “family discount” it only ended up being a few hundred dollars. Thats a pretty good deal if you ask me! As soon as this problem was fixed all the others that we were having during our moving process also started to fade away. I guess that goes to show that as long as you have a peaceful home and some high quality heating, life is bound to go a little more smoothly.
