I cannot believe that my friend basically stole my window a/c out from under me. I was trying to help my friend out when I let him borrow the window a/c for a few weeks. I didn’t unquestionably need the window a/c. I gave him the window a/c that was normally in my spare bedroom. That window a/c only gets used when I have friends over to hang out, which isn’t honestly often. I figured that he could borrow my window a/c until he finally was able to replace his own window a/c without going broke. However, my friend never gave the window a/c back. It isn’t as though I haven’t asked him for it. My friend will constantly ask myself and others to come over and hang out, but whenever I bring up the window a/c, he avoids the subject! After I dare to ask about the window a/c, he stops asking myself and others to hang out for a few days until he stores the window a/c in his shed. So, I have no a/c to keep my guests cool. I guess that I was trying to help the guy in the beginning, but I didn’t guess that he would just hold my a/c hostage as a result. He seemed to decide that he is going to use the a/c until it dies before he goes out and buys himself a new window a/c. I figured that my window a/c was a total loss, plus I bought a new model for my guest bedroom. However, instead of doing nothing, I grabbed the a/c plus ripped the power cord out. He was super ticked, but I didn’t care. I left instantly after that.
