I started using a new plumbing company for all of our commercial plumbing needs, and as a corporation supplier I have to have companies that are responsible as well as diligent. I need someone that is going to show up on time as well as get the work done right the first time. It’s our name on the line when I contact a typical supplier to complete the work. That supplier is there representing me and our company, as well as their own. I had to call a company to install some new sewer lines at one of our commercial property units. The sewer line installation team was supposed to be at the property at 8:30 am. I went to the property early to let the crew inside of the building, but the sewer line insulation team showed up around 9:45. The women were drinking Coca-Cola as well as eating egg mcmuffins and they didn’t seem nervous about the time at all. I asked to speak with the task foreman yet no one wanted to take responsibility for being in charge of the group. Every single one of the women said the foreman was on her way, so that was the last time I used that commercial plumbing company. The owner of the corporation wanted to know why it’s been weeks since I called and I told him about the incident where the crew that showed up to complete the sewer line installation. The owner of the company apologized, even though I just have a bad taste in my mouth after the crew showed up late and also showed a total lack of respect for our time.
