Marshall has been residing on her own for a year now… Ever since school, she had rented apartments with roommates in the city. It was so much fun residing with mates during school plus after getting her first job. They would hang out, watch the game, plus even invite girls over for a gathering now plus then. But, when Marshall got a steady girlfriend, she said that she wanted to change her residing status. Her girlfriend is a focused lady with a thriving career, plus she made it clear she wasn’t into the bro lifestyle. After a single risky gathering with girls that she found out about, Marshall knew it was time to grow up plus move. However, she opted to buy a house to transport into another rental apartment. She had the money to pay for a house, plus it was time to make that first investment; One evening while hanging out with her girlfriend at her current house, Marshall came across a puddle of water in her basement. This was right beneath the cooling plan which had Marshall worried. They were using the cooling plan since it was in the middle of summer. Marshall decided to contact the HVAC supplier the following morning to come check the source of the moisture. When the HVAC worker arrived, Marshall directed him to the basement where she began her investigation. The issue was a clogged drain line which was blocking moisture from the cooling plan from reaching the drain pan. The blockage was caused by algae that the HVAC worker unlinkd. She also substituted the dirty air filter which improved the cooling system’s performance.
