The air ductwork was absolutely filthy.

I consistently did something that would mess up his schedule

I knew the air ductwork was absolutely filthy because I had more dust on my cupboards than there was in our drive & we have a dirt drive. The first thing I did was tell my husband Ed it was time to get the air duct cleaned. Ed asked why I was telling him. It should be the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C rep that I was talking to. I thought he may want to call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealership, because Ed had consistently been the person to make the calls. Ed said he wasn’t in the mood to talk to them, so I should make the cellphone call. Ed was now retired & working from home, so I asked if he had any special mornings or times that would toil better for Ed. I would not be household while in the day, because I worked. Ed told me any day would be fine, as long as they showed up around suppertime, & now it was best time to call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer. After explaining I needed the air ductwork cleaned, I knew they would ask what mornings & times would be more convenient. I gave them Ed’s schedule. The guy set my appointment up for the following Friday at noon. I told Ed & he wasn’t glad. Ed said he had tied up a meeting online. After letting him know he hadn’t mentioned it, Ed got frustrated. Ed told me that was why he consistently made the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C appointments. I consistently did something that would mess up his schedule. I threw my hands up in the air & walked away. I didn’t talk to Ed for the rest of the day.
