I’m not exactly anti-social as much as I’m just more of a homebody.

I’d much rather enjoy a nice evening inside the central air conditioning of home than be out partying. But of course, there are social engagements that I have to be a part of. My wife doesn’t ask too much so I’m good with a cocktail or dinner party every so often. Still, it’s really not something I enjoy. But I went to a gathering last spring that changed the way I deal with the quality heating and air inside my home. That’s a pretty big deal since the heating and cooling of my house is a big priority for me. I’m always looking after the HVAC equipment and making sure that it gets proper HVAC maintenance. And I’ve been the one to program the digital thermostat for years so we aren’t overpaying for air conditioning. That’s the biggest HVAC concern where we live. But thanks to the party I attended with my wife, I now have a smart thermostat in our home and my HVAC plate has been lightened considerably. The smart thermostat has relieved me from having to be on top of the digital thermostat all the time. I went from spying on that thing or programming it all the time to leaving it completely alone. And that’s all thanks to the amazing HVAC technology that I witnessed for myself when I attended a party with my wife last spring. Up until I got a close look and understanding of the smart thermostat, I wasn’t so sure that this HVAC technology was for me. Now, I’m in love with my new thermostat.
