When we had both decided that we were for sure going to move further south after retirement, it was an immense decision. So since we were replacing the heat pump, we both figured we’d do some other stuff to bring the best price for our family home. That was great because we ended up selling our beach house for far more currency than we both thought we would, and that helped us once we did get packed to move. The up-to-date beach house was able to get something we both wanted and I was also able to add an immense sunroom onto the back of the house.
