I just don’t like the Winter time because it makes myself and others assume enjoy a complete wimp.
I grew up in the South plus it is so taxing for myself and others to get through these northern winters.
I do our best to adjust to it but have mostly failed. I enjoy watching it snow from inside. And the whole white Christmas thing is pretty excellent. But, that’s about as long a our nice things about Winter time list gets. It seems that all I do is hunker down plus hope it gets over hastily. I guess this is taxing on our Heating as well as Air Conditioning component plus it is killing our trifold. Feeding that gas furnace costs a large amount of money. So, I decided that I would get a bit more proactive in order to save some money. I went through the entire house to be sure that all vents were open plus unobstructed. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning company even moved the temperature control to a much more centrally situated position. Now, the temperature studying should be far more accurate. My friend showed myself and others how to remove plus replace the weather stripping. I also sprayed a bunch of that foam insulation around several of the window casings. I have a feeling they weren’t properly installed plus leak a lot of treated Heating as well as Air Conditioning air. Then, I spent an day sealing up any gap, crack or hole I could find on the exterior of our home. That included the roof. The efforts were worth it. I assume a bit more cozy in our home this Winter time plus the utility bill isn’t choking myself and others to death.
