My neighbor is very excited that he just found a new task with a local HVAC dealer, then i am an HVAC professional with a different dealer, and I make good money with my dealer, the HVAC professionals here are awesome, and every one of us try to make sure that our work is done well, but sure, every one of us charge customers more money than other HVAC companies, however our work is better, and you get what you pay for. Sadly, the HVAC dealer that I work for wasn’t hiring any helpers; Both of us require that you attend school to become a certified HVAC professional before you join our dealer. There was 1 HVAC dealer that was hiring, and that was the dealer that my neighbor was hired at. Sadly, this HVAC dealer is entirely the worst HVAC dealer in town. Both of us have had to go back and fix their work countless numbers of times, however customers are always complaining that these people fix their oil furnace and air conditioning systems, however after a few weeks, the HVAC component was in worse condition than when they first hired them. The greatest trouble is that the HVAC dealer hires a lot of men, however only a few of them are legitimately certified as HVAC professionals. The rest are considered helpers, although they are often forced to work as HVAC professionals alone. My neighbor is very excited, and he is already bragging about how easy it was to become an HVAC professional. I assume bad for the bad guy, not only will he have bad habits formed from this HVAC dealer, but he won’t legitimately be able to be hired as an HVAC professional elsewhere unless he gets certified.
