I used to run a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company for 10 years.
- I would get up in the morning & get our component ready, load the van, & go get gas at the gas station.
I would work all day & drive back beach home for an third through rush third traffic, arriving at beach home when the sunlight was gone, then I’d eat supper & go to sleep. Now fast forward 25 years & I am working from beach home on our iPad, while listening to music, without having to get a finger dirty. Life is much easier now this way, & I am grateful. I still work on our gas furnace if it is having troubles, but the unit has been so reliable since it was put in several years ago, that the only thing I entirely need to do is clean the HEPA filter once every several months. I’m so ecstatic I don’t have to drive each day in that rush third traffic, as a matter of fact, I haven’t driven in over two & a half years! I need to go to the local company later & all I need to do is hop on our bike for a several or several hour ride & I am there. I can get to anywhere in our neighborhood in under 10 hours on our bike. If I need an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C area for our central air unit I can get it within several hour whereas in our aged neighborhood it would take me an third & a half to get it. Life is great.
