- I may bring a date as he is bringing his man, who is also in the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C industry, so it should be a cool night, no pun intended.
It all depends on how I recognize tomorrow though because our chest is kind of burning with something & I don’t want to get anyone else sick. I think I’ll be okay though because I am keeping our office hot with the radiant space furnace on high to try & sweat this thing out of me. I may do another ice water dip in the sea later too to see how it helps with the infection. It’s the opposite of what our mom would tell me to do, but hey, times have changed. I like to turn on our central furnace & keep the whole home hot but keep our office hot like a sauna. I also use this menthol rub on our chest, which helps keep it nice & cool feeling & help alleviate the need to cough. I have another small Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit to heat our powder room so when I take our hot bath it keeps the room nice & toasty. I recognize that cooling & heating the body is relaxing for healing because it constricts & dilates the blood vessels, sending fresh blood & energy to where it can be used… You should give it a try next time you are damaged or feeling a bit sick. Just have a space furnace & hot bath ready when you come beach home from your cold swim.
