But, that being said, I have been using one air quality control specialist provider for every last routine maintenance, diagnostic service, and HVAC repair job on my central AC and furnace system for the past decade or so. You know, I have used the same heating, cooling, and air quality control company since I moved into this little old house. At that point, I only hired the HVAC repair ship because I wanted to use their new customer HVAC maintenance service discount that was advertised in the mail. I was pretty happy with the heating, cooling, and ventilation service they provided and continued to hire them. Since then, I have used the same certified air temperature control technician for all my air quality service jobs. I trust this knowledgeable HVAC tech with my entire temperature control system, whether it’s an emergency repair or a routine task. I like to believe that we have a great relationship. However, I do know that he appreciates coming to my house for a bigger reason besides my well maintained HVAC units. The guy knows my heating and cooling system in and out, just like he knows how to handle my beautiful African Gray. Apparently he is a bird lover, through and through. Every time my heating, cooling, and ventilation technician arrives at my house, my bird loses his mind with excitement. He knows he’ll get to perch on my HVAC tech’s shoulder for the entire heating and cooling appointment.
